Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach, working line, register, and on the floor during every rush, pacing the shift by hands-on leadership and teamwork.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, staying engaged on the floor and driving excellence with the team. This hands-on role demands visibility, speed, and a strong focus on service and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on the line during rushes and lead operations in real time.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
