Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform service, repair and installation of Rexnord products and similar equipment across assigned locations. The role may be performed remotely from an approved location with flexibility based on business needs.

The position requires travel, blueprints reading, mechanical aptitude and a strong customer-service mindset. OSHA training is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential; lifting up to 60 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Field Services, Millwright, Assembly, Machinist, Maintenance/Repair Technician, or Engineering.
• Preferred experience with power transmission, couplings, universal shafts, rotating shafts, and predictive maintenance products.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical mechanical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, tooth calipers, dial and electronic indicators.
• Must be able to carry and lift heavy tools, equipment, and components up to 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally; long-distance travel may be required, including overnight stays to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide high-quality customer service and address customer needs.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent mechanical malfunctions.
• Provide hands-on service, repair and installation of Regal Rexnord products and similar products.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as required.
