Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our on-site team. You will partner with engineering and production to drive project lifecycles, from design through assembly, testing, and handoff.

The role emphasizes collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines. The position involves light fabrication, welding, wiring, and potential PLC/motion controller programming.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanically inclined with hands-on fabrication and assembly capabilities.
• Knowledge of electrical/pneumatic systems and field wiring; able to read schematics and select appropriate tools.
• Experience with MIG welding, light sheet metal work, and basic CAD drafting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams across project lifecycle from concept to handoff.
• Support new equipment builds and retrofits; optimize legacy equipment.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and maintenance tasks for reliability improvements.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate/modify parts on mill or lathe; assist with electrical cabinet layout and wiring.
• Contribute to lean/cost-out activities to reduce waste and improve throughput.
