Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands‑on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market and surrounding tri‑state area. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe, compliant, and performing at peak levels.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, manage preventative programs, and coordinate with GMs and Area Leaders. Occasional remodel support and vendor management are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Decide when repairs should be done in‑house vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
