Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. The role emphasizes field work, problem-solving, and close partnership with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance, coordinating vendors and work orders, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities/maintenance, preferably in multi-unit or restaurant ops.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) with majority in Pittsburgh.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
