Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations across our markets. The role emphasizes field troubleshooting and partnering with Operations to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, strong HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and the ability to travel within the tri-state area. A background in restaurant or multi-unit environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
