Job summary

Side Road Consultants is hiring a Senior Change Management, Communications and Training Lead for a client ERP/HCM implementation. The role is hands-on, embedded, and leads a team of training content developers, owning planning, content, and adoption from strategy to go-live.

You will work with the client’s HR and change leadership, drive communications, and partner with the client’s Learning & Development team. Some travel is likely; this is a remote, project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational change management, training, or HR technology consulting.
• Hands-on change management on large ERP or HCM implementations through go-live.
• Experience managing training content developers or instructional designers.
• Experience building change plans, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Experience planning and managing enterprise training programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management, communication plan, and training workstream end-to-end, from strategy through go-live and stabilization.
• Lead and manage a team of four to five training content developers, setting priorities and reviewing work.
• Build and execute the change management plan using Prosci methodology, including impact assessments and readiness checkpoints.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client’s HR and change leadership and represent client positions with the systems implementer.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across executive sponsors and frontline workers.
• Oversee creation of training content, job aids, user guides, and change management toolkits.
