Job summary

Builders FirstSource is implementing a major ERP system upgrade and is seeking a training and change-management professional to drive end-user adoption. The role focuses on coordinating training, creating materials, and ensuring smooth deployment across locations.

You will work with IT, ERP teams, and business units to analyze needs, develop curricula, and measure program effectiveness. A commitment to cross-functional collaboration and delivering clear, user-centered training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in change/training roles.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how they interact with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support training, communications, and change-management activities to help end users adopt new processes and tools.
• Update training content and help map training plans and reporting.
• Research materials to meet team needs and end-user groups.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create training deliverables and content.
• Prepare materials, job aids, stakeholder communications, and change-readiness resources.
