Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change-management strategies for ERP transformation and application development. You will assess readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance, applying structured frameworks to drive adoption across finance and IT.

You will design stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and training programs, and guide post-implementation adoption with EVP- and SVP-level sponsors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.
