Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a seasoned Training and ERP Change Management professional to drive a company-wide shift from legacy ERP systems to a unified platform. You will design and deliver advanced trainings, establish standards, and collaborate with senior leaders across functions to align learning with strategic initiatives.

With 7+ years in ERP learning, you will shape curricula, evaluate program impact, and serve as a technical resource to enable ongoing organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong program development background.
• 7+ years relevant work experience in training or learning in an ERP environment.
• Understanding of ERP systems and integration with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers complex technical trainings on a wide range of solutions areas/ technologies.
• Leads development of best practices and standards across Analysts.
• Creates and leads agile learning strategies and recommends effective training materials and priorities.
• Leverages subject matter expertise to review and create leadership training best practices, learning objectives and evaluation strategy.
• Collaborates with senior level cross functional stakeholders to understand business initiatives, challenges and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience.
• Conducts analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to functional or organizational leaders and providing insights or recommendations.
• Develops formal documentation of programs, curriculum, and outcome objectives.
• Serves as a deep technical resource.
