Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Training/ERP Change Manager to drive the shift from legacy systems to a unified ERP platform. You will design and deliver complex trainings, collaborate with product owners and site leaders, and establish best practices across the organization to maximize adoption and impact.

The role requires strong communication, change management, and analytical skills, with experience in learning strategy and cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and integration with business processes.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers complex technical trainings on a wide range of solutions and technologies, partnering with product owners and solution architects to reflect current design.
• Leads development of best practices and standards across Analysts.
• Creates and leads agile learning strategies and prioritizes training materials.
• Reviews leadership training materials, evaluation strategy, and change management activities across sites with L&D partners and leadership.
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders to align learning with business initiatives and priorities.
• Analyzes program effectiveness and provides insights to leaders.
• Establishes best practices for programs, curriculum, communications, and readiness activities.
• Serves as a deep technical resource.
