Insight is seeking a Senior Change Management Analyst to drive large-scale, global transformation initiatives. You will design adoption strategies, conduct readiness and stakeholder analyses, and advise senior leaders to secure sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Experience supporting ERP/HRIS transformations, including Workday, SAP, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale global transformation initiatives, applying advanced change management methodologies and data-driven insights.
• Design and implement adoption and engagement strategies to address complex organizational challenges and enable sustainable transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive change impact, readiness, and stakeholder analyses across global functions.
• Advise senior leaders and sponsors to drive alignment and sponsorship effectiveness.
