Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Training & Change Specialist to support a major ERP implementation in a manufacturing/services setting. You will design and deliver ERP training, craft change communications, and help users adopt the new system.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, bridging ERP functionality with business processes, training, and end-user adoption through go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training plans, materials, user guides, and facilitating end-user training.
• Experience supporting an enterprise ERP implementation, transformation, upgrade, or rollout.
• Experience within manufacturing, field service, repair/service, industrial, or another operationally complex environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with experience supporting change initiatives and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training plans, course materials, user guides, process documentation, and supporting content for an enterprise ERP rollout.
• Facilitate end-user training and help translate ERP functionality and business processes into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, system functionality, and training needs.
• Support communications, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and overall user adoption.
• Assist with functional analysis, process documentation, testing, implementation activities, and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare, helping users troubleshoot issues and supporting the resolution of incoming tickets.
• Bring strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to a highly visible enterprise transformation.
