Job summary

Spinning Babies® in the United States is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to build the systems, processes, and team accountability that will support sustainable growth for a founder-led education business.

You will directly manage operations, professional education programs, online learning, and business systems, with hands-on involvement in projects using Asana and Salesforce. Leadership collaboration with the COFO and Founder will translate priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in operations leadership.
• Experience in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ops, set priorities, and ensure accountability.
• Manage complex projects from planning through implementation with budgets and timelines.
• Use Asana as the primary project management platform.
• Oversee student/workshop programs, registrations, and certifications.
• Partner with leadership to translate plans into operational priorities.
• Develop reporting dashboards for performance visibility.
