Job summary

Platform Engineering Masters in the United States is seeking a capable operations leader to own the operations function, build and run systems, and guide a small team that reports into the leadership team. You will translate ambiguous problems into practical plans, prototype solutions, and drive adoption across Sales, Content and Events.

You will work closely with the co-founder during handover, then run and develop the function independently, reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating

Qualifications

• Structured problem-solving and clear communication.
• Evidence that you build with code, APIs, automation or AI tools to solve real problems.
• Commercial judgment connecting improvements to revenue, delivery quality, cost or capacity.
• Ownership in an ambiguous environment, able to progress without a full brief.
• Readiness to lead: set priorities, provide feedback, mentor a small team while staying close to the work.
• Curiosity about technology and the business; quickly learning unfamiliar tools and domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations roadmap and align with Sales, Growth, Content and Events to maximize business impact.
• Lead a small growing team of revenue operations and systems engineering specialists, with a plan for recruitment and development.
• Prototype, code, connect systems and build automations to accelerate progress.
• Ensure critical workflows have clear ownership, documentation and reliable standards.
• Drive adoption by business teams and measure improvements in delivery and information quality.
