Job summary

Kidology, Inc. seeks a President to drive daily execution, align department goals with the Founder's vision, and lead growth across a multi-location pediatric health and therapy organization.

You will manage leadership, culture, and scorecard metrics, while ensuring operational excellence and clear strategic direction. The role requires 7+ years of leadership, the ability to implement accountability mechanisms, and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience overseeing multi-person teams.
• Proven ability to build and run accountability systems that drive results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with authoritative leadership style.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and relationship management.
• Experience in healthcare, pediatric therapy, education, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly 1:1s with department heads to align goals.
• Direct and mentor key leaders (Marketing Director, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Director).
• Bridge between Founder and company; escalate only critical needs.
• Maintain KPI tracking and scorecards across departments; drive data-driven decisions.
