Causeway Careers is seeking an operations leader to build and run behind-the-scenes systems that enable families to enroll, pay, and engage with our Mentor Network. You will own enrollment operations, referral tracking, and the end-to-end enrollment package, growing into a head-of-operations role as we scale.

You will establish the ongoing cadence, coordinate onboarding with coaches, and manage back-office finance functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRM and pipeline from referral to signed and paid.
• Create per-counselor referral links and lead capture workflows; replace a brittle spreadsheet.
• Run enrollment package with contracts, e-sign, insurance, and entity rails.
• Manage planning system, track priorities, move decisions forward.
• Handle student intake, scheduling, and coach matching; coordinate mentors as we scale.
• Oversee payroll, bookkeeping, billing, monthly close, and vendor spend.
