Job summary

DIYK9® and American Standard Dog Training seek a hands-on Director of Operations to serve as the founder's operational partner. You will own systems across CRM, pipelines, onboarding, reporting, and daily rhythm, driving clarity and accountability.

Lead franchise and multi-vertical operations, integrate AI into workflows, and build scalable processes. This is a high-ownership, high-pace role requiring deep operational excellence and direct communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, founder-led ops leadership experience required.
• Ability to turn vision into priorities, owners and deadlines.
• Experience with funnels, CRM, pipelines, automations, and websites.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operating rhythm across DIYK9, American Standard Dog Training, and the Academy.
• Translate founder's vision into priorities, deadlines, owners and measurable outcomes.
• Build company-wide scorecards, dashboards, SOPs, and reporting for leadership visibility.
