Qualifikationen

• Experience in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations at a startup.
• Hands-on experience improving contracting and billing operations.
• Experience leading live-chat or frontline service teams.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end cross-functional processes.

• Lead the live-chat Customer Experience team and improve workflows.
