Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 summer construction internship preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and ability to read instructions.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to determine project scope.
• Review jobsites before bidding to make estimates.
• Complete takeoffs using software.
• Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid reviews.
• Attend project meetings.
