Qualifications

• Technical, mechanical, field service, or commercial equipment experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or service management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technician skill sets and service needs.
• Organized, dependable, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Driving record that aligns with safety standards.
• Successful background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach field service technicians with technical needs.
• Own and coordinate dispatch, assign calls by skill and location.
• Help build a positive, accountable, team-focused branch culture.
• Assist with technician scheduling, training, onboarding and development.
• Answer calls, greet walk-ins, and handle escalated service issues.
• Assist with branch admin, service docs, parts, and billing support.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and technician truck stock.
• Back up the Branch Manager during absences.
