General Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, support field technicians, and deliver excellent customer service. You will coordinate dispatch, coach technicians, handle customer interactions, and help drive a safe, productive branch culture in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Technical, mechanical, field service, or commercial equipment experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or service management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technician skill sets and service needs.
• Organized, dependable, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach field service technicians with technical and day-to-day service needs.
• Own and coordinate dispatch, matching the right technician to each service call based on skill set, location, and customer needs.
• Help build a positive, accountable, team-focused branch culture.
• Assist with technician scheduling, training, onboarding, and development.
• Answer customer calls, greet walk-in customers, and handle escalated service issues.
• Assist with branch administrative duties, service documentation, parts coordination, and billing support.
• Help with shipping, receiving, inventory, and technician truck stock.
• Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and fill in as needed during absences.
