Sheridan Ohio, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery. You’ll train on high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to daily production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No bindery experience required—training provided. You’ll learn to operate and set up bindery machinery, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow safety procedures on a full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort with basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable team player who shows up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
