Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for a day shift, full-time position. You’ll learn to operate and set up a perfect binder, monitor quality, and work with a team to hit daily goals.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable and able to work well in a team.
• Print/bindery or finishing experience is a plus.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
