Qualifications

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work and show up reliably.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious on a fast-paced production floor.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by adjusting and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
