Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and finishing experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Strong attendance and reliability with safety and quality focus.
• Willingness to operate on-site and commute within 45 minutes of West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom stampings and fixtures.
• Finish welds with grinding, deburring, and surface prep.
• Inspect weld quality against ISO standards and specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; keep 5S organization.
• Support production goals and overtime during peak periods.
