Soap Creek Resources in West Bend, WI is seeking a hands-on Hand Welder & Fabricator to join their 1st shift team. The role focuses on welding, finishing, and assembly of custom stampings and tool & die components in a debt-free, ISO 9001:2015 certified shop.
This direct-hire position offers up to $24.00/hr plus overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, long-tenured culture. Candidates must have reliable attendance, US work authorization, and be within a 45-minute commute of West
Competenze
- US work authorization (citizen or green card) required or able to obtain
- Welding/finishing experience preferred; training offered
- Must maintain reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Must live within 45-minute commute of West Bend, WI
- On-site, 1st shift position
Mansioni
- Perform manual hand welding to join custom stampings and fixtures
- Finish welds using grinders and deburring tools
- Inspect welds for quality and ISO standards
- Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations
- Support production goals with potential overtime
