Responsibilities

• Perform hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join metal stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Use grinders, sanders, and deburring tools to finish welds and prep surfaces.
• Visually inspect welds to ensure ISO quality and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; uphold 5S organization.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and use overtime when needed.
