Clear Concepts, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for our 1st shift. You will perform manual welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on custom stampings, fixtures, and prototypes, with emphasis on quality and consistency.

The role offers an up-to $24.00/hr starting wage plus overtime opportunities, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Ideal for candidates with welding/finishing experience who are reliable and eager to train and grow in a small, debt-free, ISO 9001:2015

Competenze

• Proven hand welding experience with MIG/TIG/Arc.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and safety focus.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn fabrication techniques.
• Must live within a 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.
• Authorized to work in the United States for 100% on-site work.

Mansioni

• Perform manual hand welding to join stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Finish welds through grinding, deburring, and surface prep.
• Inspect weld quality and ensure ISO and customer specifications.
• Maintain welding fixtures, tools, and 5S shop organization.
• Support production goals with overtime during peak periods.
