Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for a 1st shift position in West Bend, WI. The role involves hand welding, finishing, grinding, and setting up fixtures for tool and die components in a fast-paced, ISO-certified environment.
The ideal candidate will have welding exposure, solid attendance, and a team-first mindset, with on-site work and potential overtime. Training is available for motivated individuals who meet the commute and authorization requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in hand welding or basic metal fabrication; training available for strong candidates.
- Dependable attendance and safety-conscious work approach.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn fabrication techniques.
- Reside within a 45-minute daily driving radius of West Bend, WI area.
- Authorized to work in the United States in a 100% on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom stampings and fixtures.
- Perform metal finishing, grinding, and surface preparation for quality welds.
- Inspect weld quality visually to meet ISO standards and specs.
- Maintain welding fixtures, equipment, and 5S shop organization.
- Support production goals with overtime when needed.
