Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator in West Bend, WI for a 1st shift, direct-hire position. Pay starts up to $24.00/hr with OT opportunities and a base annual equivalent around $49,920, plus full health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include hand welding, finishing, inspection, fixture maintenance, and collaborative production support with overtime during peak periods. On-site work with a family-owned, ISO-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Welding background with hand welding and finishing preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings or specs is a plus.
• Willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Execute hand welding to join metal stampings, dies, and fixtures.
• Perform metal finishing, grinding, and deburring for quality finishes.
• Inspect welds to ISO-quality standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures, tools, and workstations, upholding 5S organization.
• Support production goals with overtime during peak periods.
