Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to advance upper-extremity rehabilitation in a collaborative setting. The role involves evaluating patients, designing recovery plans, and fabricating custom orthoses.

You will lead hand therapy care and partner with hand surgeons and clinicians to optimize outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, and a DPT or MOT is preferred; 3+ years in outpatient hand therapy; and an active PT/OT license with CHT and

• Initial and ongoing assessments for hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• OT/PT licensure and CHT credential requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Document occupational therapy services delivered.
• Direct OT Assistants, students, and support staff.
• Fabricate and fit custom orthoses and splints.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and clinicians.
