Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation. The role includes evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans for diverse orthopedic and nerve injuries.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise OTAs and students, and participate in case discussions while advancing post-surgical rehab and occupational therapy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Develop custom splints and orthoses; educate on wear and care.
• Supervise OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and rehabilitation team.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehabilitation and scar management.
