Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand and upper extremity. You will evaluate, plan care, create custom splints, and lead an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor’s degree, active state license, and CHT; DPT/OT Doctorate preferred. Prior orthotic fabrication experience and CPR/BLS are expected. Competitive hourly compensation and strong benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT Doctorate preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation.
• Perform custom splinting and orthosis fabrication.
• Document delivery of therapy services.
• Supervise OT assistants, students and staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians and therapists.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehab, including scar and edema care.
