Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead upper-extremity rehabilitation in outpatient settings. You will evaluate, treat, and customize orthoses while coordinating with surgeons and therapists to optimize functional outcomes.

Job requires a Bachelor's degree and OT/PT licensure with CHT preferred. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and emphasis on patient education, documentation, and mentoring students and staff.

Formación

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Current state PT or OT license required/active.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish a plan of care for hand/UE rehab.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aligned to patient age and disability.
• Document delivery of OT services and outcomes.
• Directs and supervises OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate and fit custom orthoses; educate on use and care.
• Treat post-surgical, traumatic, burn, tendon and nerve injuries; assist return-to-work.
