SharkNinja is seeking a Product Test Engineer in Needham, MA to own testing activities for one or more products in development. You will design test plans, set up experiments, and report results to product teams, with collaboration between US and China resources.

You will also explore automation and learn new lab equipment. The role emphasizes hands-on testing of physical devices, some software validation, and clear communication of protocols and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in an engineering field.
• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, scripting including Python.

Responsibilities

• Own all testing activities for your assigned products.
• Create test plans with details on protocols, data to be collected, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate testing needs with US and China-based test resources.
• Hands-on contributor in designing, setting up, and executing product tests (mostly physical, some software validation).
• Identify and help implement opportunities to automate product testing.
• Create test protocols to ensure effective and efficient testing.
• Perform black box testing to ensure proper consumer experience.
• Organize and report results to Test Team management and product teams.
• Order materials and equipment needed for testing.
• Learn to use new test equipment and document test protocols.
