Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop robust test protocols and evaluation methods aligned with product targets. You will act as the expert across protocol, safety and performance questions, collaborating with internal and global teams to drive design validation and production readiness.

Ideal candidates have a technical engineering background, 1+ year in product test engineering, and experience in electromechanical systems, DOE, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical discipline and engineering background.
• 1+ years of product test engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• You will represent consumer voice by developing protocols/tests against product targets.
• Serve as the protocol/test/safety/performance standards expert for cross-functional teams.
• Identify and collaborate with internal/external SMEs across engineering disciplines.
• Present status of activities and special projects to management.
• Collaborate to establish user design and functional requirements through testing and consensus.
• Assist in protocol development through conception, CAD, prototyping, and verification.
• Work with Engineering to create testing rigs for performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with global Product Development teams to move ideas to production.
• Request and analyze market research to understand real-world consumer behavior.
