Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above.
• Consumer-first perspective in introducing new products or improving current products.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal relations, and multi-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ninja business onsite in Needham, MA with development of programs for key products from brainstorm through mass production.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications aligning consumer needs with market opportunities.
• Own assigned categories’ sales performance; identify gaps and propose new product opportunities.
• Lead competitive analyses and advise on improvements to keep SharkNinja competitive.
• Be the voice of legacy product lines, sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Testing and Quality to define and manage testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional teammates’ questions and needs.
