Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development or product marketing for consumer goods.

• Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development for the Shark Beauty category onsite at Needham, MA HQ from concept to mass production.
• Manage day-to-day project progress and report milestones with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into product specs.
• Support go-to-market content and post-launch FAQs and troubleshooting content.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for your product line and cross-functional partners.
