Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a hands-on Testing Engineer in Needham, MA. You will own testing activities for assigned products, design protocols, and coordinate with US and China teams to validate hardware and some software. You’ll automate tests where possible and report results to product teams.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, hands-on lab skills, and experience with Arduino/Raspberry Pi or Python. Strong documentation and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Hands-on testing experience is preferred
• Experience with Arduino or Raspberry Pi and Python is a plus
• Familiarity with lab equipment and data analysis desired
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own all testing activities for assigned products under guidance.
• Create test plans detailing protocols, data collection, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate testing with US and China teams.
• Design, set up, and execute product tests (mainly hardware; some software).
• Identify opportunities to automate testing and improve efficiency.
• Develop test protocols to ensure effective validation.
• Perform black box testing to verify consumer usability.
• Organize and report results to Test Team and product teams.
• Order materials and equipment for testing; learn new test equipment.
