Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented QA specialist for post‑launch analysis and product health reporting. You’ll investigate returns, perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable feedback to design and manufacturing teams.

You will use lab tools and MS Office to document findings, collaborate cross‑functionally, and drive continuous improvements to preserve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a Technical Area or Vocational/Trade school certificate.
• Ability to perform analysis to determine root cause of issues and offer creative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint a plus
• Ability to work autonomously or as a team in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Ability to use general purpose tools for repair, maintenance, or new construction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned products according to quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and fix sustaining production test issues that are escalated from Repair Technicians and report to Quality Engineers.
• Perform basic teardowns of returned consumer products and documenting workflow followed
• Reporting quality anomalies to cross functional team for review
• View the entire consumer experience at a macro level to identify experience detractors and track product performance, communicating key learnings and developments to appropriate work flows for action
• Manage product health reporting and push for continuous five-star experience via iterative design improvements.
