SharkNinja is seeking an experienced Product Development professional to lead the Shark Beauty category from concept through mass production at our Needham, MA headquarters. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and Insights teams to translate consumer needs into compelling product specifications and successful launches.

The role requires 5+ years in product development or marketing, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product development/marketing or related field in consumer goods preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience mentoring others or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Passion for understanding the consumer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development for Shark Beauty category onsite at Needham, MA, from concept to mass production.
• Manage day-to-day progress and report milestones, issues, and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and support their growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into specs.
• Leverage Insights & Intelligence to incorporate consumer feedback throughout development.
• Work with QA/testing to define performance testing protocols.
• Coordinate with supply chain to manage costs and launches.
• Help create go-to-market content and product documentation.
• Support post-launch FAQs and troubleshooting material.
• Serve as a knowledgeable product-line contact for internal partners.
