Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a product development-focused professional to support our Needham, MA headquarters. You will develop profitable programs for key products, leading new product development from brainstorm to mass production in partnership with leadership to set category direction.

You will own product specifications, prioritize consumer needs, and measure category sales performance. You’ll perform competitive analysis, share market learnings with product teams, and collaborate with Quality

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above.
Customer-first perspective when introducing new products or processes.
Strong relationship-building across multi-functional teams and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support SharkNinja in Needham, MA with development of profitable programs for key products.
Lead new product development from brainstorm to mass production with leadership alignment.
Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market gaps.
Own category sales performance and identify opportunities to fill gaps with new products.
Lead competitive analyses to inform strategy and maintain top consumer choice.
Convey insights from consumers to cross-functional teams for next-gen products.
Partner with Quality to define and manage testing procedures.
Be the expert for cross-functional team questions about products.
