Qualifications

• 1+ years of product test engineering experience.
• Design or analysis of electromechanical systems.
• Ability to design and assemble full-scale test fixtures.
• Data analysis using statistics (e.g., Tukey Range, T-tests).
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing protocols and standards.
• Advocate for product quality and challenge design assumptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams.
• Present status of activities to senior management.
• Coordinate with international Product Development teams.
• Benchmark performance through competitive analysis.
• Develop protocols from conception through CAD and verification.
