Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an on-site Product Development professional to lead the end-to-end development of key products from concept to mass production at our Needham, MA HQ. You will partner with marketing, engineering, and quality teams to translate consumer needs into market-ready solutions.

You will own category performance, conduct competitive analyses, define specs, and maintain a consumer-first mindset while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field – preferable at a consumer goods company.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above.
• A 100% on consumer-first perspective when introducing new products/processes or improving current products.
• A mindset geared toward building relationships across multi-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT is critical; strong written and verbal communication is required.
• Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Needham, MA headquarters onsite with development of successful and profitable programs for key products through new product development from brainstorm to mass production.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer wants and market white space.
• Own assigned categories’ sales performance and identify opportunities to fill gaps.
• Lead competitive product analyses to provide insights and drive improvements for SharkNinja’s products.
• Act as the voice of legacy product lines, sharing learnings to inform next generation features.
• Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to define and manage testing procedures.
• Serve as a product expert to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
