Foundation Risk Partners, adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to their Acentria team, seeks a seasoned professional to manage and service a complex habitational book. You will lead renewal strategy, market to carriers, and coordinate on endorsements and certificates for large accounts.

Responsibilities include data gathering, loss history review, and close collaboration with producers and service staff to ensure accurate, timely service within a remote EST/CST framework.

Qualifications

• Active license or ability to obtain Florida 2-20 within timeframe.
• Experience servicing apartment communities and habitational risks.
• Strong renewal proposals, coverage comparisons, and stewardship materials.

Responsabilités

• Manage and service a book focused on apartment communities and habitational risks.
• Lead renewal process with Producer and service team, including strategy, marketing, and binding.
• Gather and analyze values, schedules, occupancy, loss history, and underwriting data.
• Market accounts to carriers and wholesalers, compare coverage and pricing.
• Provide endorsements, certificates, audits, and billing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
