Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a complex book focused on apartment communities and habitational risks. This remote role requires residing in the EST or CST time zones and collaborates with Producers and service teams to ensure timely, accurate servicing and renewal execution.

You will be involved in gathering client data, marketing to carriers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and underwriters, while handling endorsements,

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• 4–5 years of commercial insurance agency experience, with 2+ years supporting habitational risks (apartments, multifamily housing).
• Experience with large property schedules, umbrella/excess, and wholesale placements.

Aufgaben

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial insurance business focused on habitational risks.
• Lead renewal process with Producer and service team, including strategy, submission, marketing, and binding.
• Gather and analyze client information (values, schedules, occupancy, loss history, underwriting data).
• Market accounts to carriers, respond to questions, compare coverage/pricing, and support negotiations.
• Handle routine placements and servicing; escalate significant issues to the Producer.
• Provide end-to-end servicing for endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, and claims-related requests.
• Review policies and binders for accuracy against quotes; coordinate corrections.
• Develop professional relationships with clients, underwriters, wholesalers, and internal partners.
• Participate in client meetings, renewals, and new-business opportunities as requested.
