Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the Acentria team, focusing on apartment communities and habitational risks. This remote role requires residency in EST or CST and close collaboration with Producers and service colleagues.

You will manage renewals, market to carriers, handle endorsements and certificates, review policies, and maintain client relationships across large accounts.

Qualificações

• Active Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain within agreed timeframe.
• Four to five years of commercial insurance agency experience, including habitational risks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Applied Epic.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience with large property schedules, umbrella/excess towers, and wholesale placements.
• Professional designations such as CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM, or CRIS.
• Experience preparing renewal proposals and stewardship materials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial insurance business focused on apartment communities, multifamily housing, and habitational risks.
• Lead the renewal process with the Producer and service team, including renewal strategy, exposure collection, and proposal development.
• Gather, validate, and analyze client information such as statements of values, property schedules, unit counts, and loss history.
• Market accounts to carriers and wholesalers, respond to underwriting questions, and support pricing negotiations.
• Independently handle routine placement and servicing while escalating major concerns to the Producer and team.
• Provide timely service for endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, and cancellations.
• Review policies and binders for accuracy against quoted terms and coordinate corrections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, wholesalers, and internal partners.
• Participate in client meetings, renewal discussions, and new-business opportunities.
