Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the Acentria team. Remote position; you must reside in EST or CST time zones to support apartment communities and habitational risks.

You will manage day-to-day servicing, renewals, and marketing submissions with a collaborative team, ensuring accurate, timely service and strong carrier relationships for a complex book of business.

Formación

• Experience renewing and marketing complex commercial accounts.
• Strong client communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with property & casualty insurance processes and carrier coordination.
• Experience with habitational risk exposures and multi-property programs.
• Familiarity with renewal proposals, coverage comparisons, and stewardship materials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service a commercial insurance book focused on apartment communities and habitational risks.
• Lead renewals with the Producer and service team, including marketing, submission, and post-bind follow-up.
• Gather client information (values, schedules, occupancy, loss history) for underwriting.
• Market accounts to carriers and wholesalers; compare coverage and pricing options.
• Coordinate endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, and reinstatements.
• Review policies for accuracy and align with quoted terms; coordinate corrections.
