Foundation Risk Partners, a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for its Acentria team in Miami, FL. The role drives renewal retention and new business strategy in collaboration with Producers, while independently handling risk placement and market submissions.

The position emphasizes client service, data analysis, and effective communication with producers and carriers to negotiate pricing and coverages.

Qualifications

• Requires Florida 2-20 P&C license
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-5 years agency experience
• Proficient in EPIC and Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Leads retention strategy and renewal processes with the Producer
• Gathers data (applications, loss runs, inspections) for market submissions
• Places risk independently from Producers
• Attends marketing and carrier meetings
• Maintains client/carrier relationships through endorsements and coverage questions
• Communicates with Producer and team regarding client needs
• Analyzes client data to identify needs and exposures
• Assists in underwriting questions and pricing discussions
• Builds strong working relationships with Producers and team
